Worked at the State Library of North Carolina under the HBCU/MIHE North Carolina Internship program. Worked within the Library Development department. Created social media headers for the Government and Heritage department, Accessible Books and Library Services, and the State Library Page. Designed Winter Reading Winner page in Summer 2023 issue of Tar Heel Talk. Created a communications toolkit for the LSTA Grant Acknowledgments by making a site page. Gained experience in MailChimp and Drupal and used Adobe Creative Suite. Process for each project consisted of sketches, rough drafts, meeting with advisors, pitching.
